Parsing for mod files...
=================================== ERROR ====================================
No "mod" files found! You need to make sure the 'extra' files composing the
Hellgate modification were installed / placed correctly. Normally those files
would go into subdirectories of "data" or "data_common" below your Hellgate
base / installation path (see above).

Done.

Then I moved some things around and got this.

Patching for 12 files...
================================== WARNING ===================================
No .IDX files affected (nothing changed) by hglzap! This could result from a
previous run that already removed all (mod) filenames in question. Please also
make sure that you have the mod in (the right) place. If in doubt, restore a
backup of the original (unmodified) .IDX files and then run hglzap again.
==============================================================================

Done.

If you need any more info just let me know. If its an easy fix could you just smack me in the back of the head and tell me what I did wrong.

If you've kept the files in their locations from the second log, then you should just need to copy your backup .idx files to the data folder, and rerun hglzap.
