The hellgateaus wiki is based on hellgate global, which is what the steam version is(but values may have changed), and it says that subjects deal 70% of normal damage and take an extra 30% damage.

I know this site, and there's others sites similar to, and it seem those database only for Global and revival, and original HGL it just so different, and can't memorize all the info i see, yet i saw on internet there's a guide book for HGL on collector edition version, but it cost 60-80$! no idea why cost that much!

The steam version is based on "global". So it should be 70% and 30% like Malachor said.
And i don't believe Habit put a minute more work into the steam release than needed. These greedy bastard's put way less work than needed !!! Calculating with the data from global is fine.
