mod is very good, but the improvement of weapons or armor is sorely lacking attribute points that would wear these improvements >:( >:( >:(

You just need to focus on certain item to keep upgrade, some item cost str, other cost aur, so you need to chose one, not every good legnd item you use state for!
To focus very hard with sharpening at +20 very demanding they are to attribute, and attribute points are not enough that would fix it, I certainly understand that it's great, but the question is why? If the game just does not give the opportunity to wear these equipment.

Each class has 3 different type of armor, one that need str second one need acur, third need WP.
For example: you have wep legend or wep that  you want to keep upgrade it sense it's good for your build of talent, and if it need str, so you going to avoid pick armor that need str.
*And you will note the drop also will be suitable.

Ok. I'm new here. And I was getting all mixed up. Can I just download a file from the first message and enjoy the game, or I should download something else?

P.S. I have steam version of the game and just want to make it better before starting, if it's possible)

Thanks a lot for this fix.

And I have a proposal to author of this patch. If you can do it.
1) look at drop of set items (some of them can drop only from bosses from Siege and Land of Rest, but theoretically they may be available in game data), and if it is possible, transfer them to bosses, that are available in single (Oculis, kurodon, Kaibudsnatan etc)
2) reduce  chances  of augmentations of type "+N to skill" in augmentrex 3000. I don/t want spent hours of save/load to craft not a perfect, but simply good weapon. 
3) please, enlarge maximum number iof added properties in augmentrex 3000 from 3 to 6 (you can divide them by grades - such as +6 to regular items, +5 to rare, +4 to legendary etc )

This may be very hard, if not outright impossible to do across grades. Unless Global changed this, which I don't believe they did, each item has a hard cap of 6 total affixes. So you'd only be able to get +5 on an item with 1 affix, or +6 only on white items with no affixes at all. So it couldn't be, for example,
+4 to legendary
across the board, unless you made all Legendaries only come with 2 affixes - which is not ideal in itself, as it'd devalue all drops of this grade.

Bryan, thank you for answer, but situation with some items and augmentation remains unclear.

For example, I tried to augment regular (white) Beast SNPR rifle. Augmentrex3000 showed, that there are only 3 affixes available, instead of 6.  This looks strange-  I did nothing with this item before, no augmentations were applied  previously,

Ah, so they kept that too. See, I don't want to be confident in my assertions for Global, because I haven't revisited it recently enough to be - but it seems our version and theirs are the same in this front too.
That's the augment cap of 3 at play. Any item can have up to 6 affixes and can get up to 3 augments, depending on how many affixes it came with. So 0-3 affixes means 3 augments, 4 affixes means 2 augments, and so forth.

One could lift this limitation for your suggestion, letting whites with no affixes get 6 augments; it just wouldn't work for higher grades, as they already come with a few affixes of their own. That's what I meant here:
So it couldn't be, for example, +4 [augments] to Legendary across the board, unless you made all Legendaries only come with 2 affixes

Also keep in mind that Uniques are a completely different bag. Some Unique affixes may have multiple lines of effects and still count as 1 affix, affecting how many augments you can actually do. Remnants, for example, have 6 effect rows and may look like they're full, but those are still 1 affix - which allows for 3 more augments.
