Level 55 Rank 50 Engineer arrivaled Charing Cross Station. with Engineer Slayer's Armor Full Set and Forgotten Warrior / Lazy Envoy miniSet.

One-handed Weapons:
 [Unique Machine Pistol] Corpse Mountain - Penetration Pistol

Two-handed Weapons:
 [Unique Rocket Launcher] Agni's Hearth - Extreme Disinfection Gun
 [Unique Automatic Rifle] Person of Thor (Jupiter) - Electric Twister Gun

Pets:
 Destroying Moloch

Hacked Items:
 [Legendary Costume] 10th Costume head 1 (For matching equipment, you can destroy it at any time)

How do you do that? Is there instruction information how to get all the items?

In the screenshot a lot of the character's health, it usually happens if attribute points is greater than 1000, you are able to hack attribute points?

This is actually the only way to hack attribute points--adding hacked "all attributes +x" items. In this case, the  hacked costume is "all attributes +888" and it works great.
As to how this is achieved--sadly, I have no clue. Would love to learn as well :)
