If I keep upgrade weapons it will also add empty socket?

If by socket you mean mod slot, then no, mod slots are determined when the item drops and there's no way to increase the amount in hgl.

Hellscream:
When you need only a one mod to make the legend weapons perfect, but you can't do anything :-\
And you can't keep upgrade, regards thew to lvl legend mod that on weapons already but still, this is ok, that's what is a balance for.
