Can't go to tokyo dlc

I done all qeust on abyss and killed Berial, and Titus on PQ not give me quest to continue to tokyo dlc.

*Checked the patch it's 2.1.0.4.
* Reinstall the game and nothing happen.
* Uesd Father Berial and killed him one more and yet nothing happen!

Any suggesting?

*Note 2019/2/3 it's work fine xD
