Whenever you deal elemental damage you have a chance to inflict a special condition associated with that damage type if you have the proper elemental strength. This formula is: E/(E+D) where E = Elemental Strength and D = elemental defenses of the target. If you deal multiple types of damage at once and cause a condition, no further conditions are applied(with that single packet of damage)(highest elemental strength rolls first).

Condition Damage Type Effect
Stun Physical Unable to move or attack
Ignite Fire Lose 3% of maximum health per second
Shock Electrical Unable to use skills
Poison Toxic Lose 1% current health per second, unable to heal, slightly slower movement
Phase Spectral Deal 70% damage, take 30% extra damage
