As stated in the discreption my antivisus program is taking the installation files for trojan. Have tryed with 2 diffrent anti virus programs both of the call the files for trojans is there any thing i can do coues at mo its freeking me out abit to say the least. The 2 anti virus programs i tested on is Norton and Avg. If any have any simmelar experiances with theas 2 programs and the installtion files pleas do say how you handled it. Sorry for any misspellings eng isent main lang

I haven't had the problem, but the anti-virus I use is 'Microsoft Security Essentials'. It's free, plays nice with windows, and in the last three years that I have been using it  i have not gotten one false positive.

Sounds like your AVG is calling a trusted program a trojan? this happened to me a few weeks ago.

For avg:

I found a post that helped me workaround this problem till AVG gets their act together:

"These are false positives according to the AVG website. If you have quarantined anything, unquarantine it and if you need to use the file, open AVG, go to Tools/Advanced settings, click PUP exceptions in the left menu and add it to your excluded files list. "

For Norton I cant help you as I dont use it or trust it.

Thx For the help guys just got it to work and put it on ignore list so for now its time for me to kick some arse and shew some bubble gum but am all out of gum  :twisted: ...
