Has anyone tried installing this mod, what it adds to the game does it fix the gameplay?

At a glance it just looks like a localization mod that translates the game to Chinese. They don't seem to list any other patch notes/features, and the pictures seemingly just emphasize the game language.
Though I haven't installed it, mind you.

hmm without a working tool we cant change anything in the steam version :-/
